Board Resolution format for Applying for Import Export Code IEC

While making an application for registration of the Import-Export Code (IEC) of a company, in addition to the submission of the application form, some other important documents also have to be submitted.

One of such documents is the certified true copy of the board resolution - essentially authorising an official in this regard to make application and do the needful.

Template of such a board resolution is given hereunder—
