❝RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the Act") and rules framed thereunder, including any modifications thereto for the time being in force, and in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association of the company, a 'Share Transfer Committee' of the company ("the committee") be and is hereby constituted with the following members in the committee:

(iii) to review, approve or reject the requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of securities of the company;
(iv) to review, approve or reject the requests for issue of duplicate certificates of securities in case of loss of certificates for any reasons; and
(v) to issue certificates of securities in a timely manner as may be prescribed under the Act.❞
